This is not because he is President of the largest nation in the world that Barack Obama must always be serious. No, the head of state is like everyone else… 
And Who is the girl? Her name is Mayara Tavares (17 years old). Members of the Youth Forum in her municipality, Mayara is also delegated Brazil at the Junior 8. She inherited from her grandmother and her father to take part in community action and social movements and has been an activist in her community fighting for children and adolescent rights.
